Feb 3rd Communications Meeting
In attendance:
Julie Kastan, Amy Haslett-Marroquin, Lisa Malecha
Read and discussed new survey. We made a few typo fixes and suggestions.
Julie will call Dona and Michele GB for Purple and Amy will call Evie and Penny for Red in order to support the survey.
Discussed Open House, Feb. 27th 2-4 pm - adding HS presentation at 3 pm. Discussed who should send out letter to current 8th grader families for attendance. Using posters from last time and updating. Amy will have Nicole send b/w copy to Julie.
Need to get ads to Northfield News, Northfield.org, the Patch, discussed pricing the Shopper and some place in Farmington. Julie will email Simon for the contacts.
Julie will send out volunteer email to families for food and help at the Open House.
Discussed Logo and Letterhead ~ we need to connect to Michele GB for this.
Conferences March 14th and 15th - need to co-ordinate food.
We need to get into the Northfield News Community Calendar, KYMN Radio (who does it for us?)
Discussed more ways to get volunteers for lunch - email requesting grandparent - Senior Center?
