1. Call meeting to order at 6:40.

7. Reports
(a) Finance Committee and Financial Report – Janine Nelson
Board reviewed the FY 12 budget prepared by the Finance committee. 2% fund balance is on track. Proposed FY 2012 Budget is based on 119 students. Compensatory Revenue for next year will be decreased for next year due to the makeup of the student body. Board training costs budgeted for next year. Salary freeze continued for all employees. Art coordinator service added, $3,000 for the year.
(b) Board Chair Report – Students went to Charter School Day at the Capitol with T. Prichard/Board Chair and K. Beiswanger/Math teacher. A board calendar is being prepared for next year that will schedule annual requirements for the board.
(c) School Director Report -Simon Tyler (Report attached)
